Refund and Returns Policy

At DiAo Group, all water treatment systems and equipment are produced according to the specifications confirmed by the customer. Due to the highly customized nature, complex configurations, and international logistics involved, all sales are final.

To ensure transparency and confidence, please review the policy below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are custom-engineered industrial systems, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

This applies to:

  • Industrial water treatment systems
  • RO/UF/EDI systems
  • Softening and filtration units
  • Sewage and wastewater treatment systems
  • Control panels, frames, pressure tanks, and integrated modules
  • Any made-to-order or customized components

2. Order Confirmation

Before production starts, we provide the customer with:

  • Final technical drawings
  • System configuration list
  • Material list
  • Production specifications

Once the customer approves these documents and confirms the order, the sale becomes non-refundable.

3. Quality Guarantee

Although returns are not possible, we guarantee:

  • Strict quality control
  • Factory testing before shipment
  • Detailed installation guidance
  • Long-term technical support

If the customer receives products with manufacturing defects, we will provide technical assistance or replacement parts at our discretion, based on evidence.

4. Damaged Goods During Shipping

As international shipping may involve risks:

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
  • Any damage caused during transport must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Provide photos, videos, and the delivery receipt.

We will assist in coordinating claims with the shipping or insurance provider.

5. No Refund After Shipment

Once the goods have left our factory:

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Customized systems cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
